We are seeking to hire an experienced Multi-Site Project Manager to lead rebranding, infrastructure upgrades, and automation projects across our retail station network. This strategic role requires a results-oriented professional who will ensure all sites meet world-class engineering standards while maintaining operational excellence and HSEQ compliance.
\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing high-impact projects including station rebranding, acoustic\/integrity testing, automation implementation, and retail infrastructure development.<\/p>\n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
Project Management & Execution<\/p>\n
\tLead and deliver rebranding, light works, and shop projects across multiple retail stations in accordance with brand standards and organizational policies
\n\tEnsure all retail stations meet required standards for tank integrity, product line safety, branding compliance, and automation functionality
\n\tManage projects including dealership rebranding, heavy modernization, and new station developments
\n\tConduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, quality standards, and compliance
\n\tCoordinate project milestones and communicate effectively with all stakeholders<\/p>\n
Health, Safety, Environment, Quality & Security (HSEQ)<\/p>\n
\tChampion HSEQ standards and ISO 9001 compliance across all project activities
\n\tEnsure contractors fully implement company safety and environmental policies
\n\tConduct and coordinate safety training programs for project engineers and contractors
\n\tAnalyze project data to identify improvement opportunities and develop corrective action plans
\n\tEnsure all projects comply with company HSEQ standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements<\/p>\n
Reporting & Performance Monitoring<\/p>\n
\tPrepare and submit monthly progress reports on rebranding, acoustic testing, automation, and shop projects
\n\tMonitor and analyze project performance against budget and timelines
\n\tTrack Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including cost variance, project progress, and completion schedules
\n\tProvide timely feedback on deficiencies and required improvements
\n\tPresent findings and recommendations to executive management<\/p>\n
Financial Management<\/p>\n
\tParticipate in project scoping and cost estimation with project engineers and quantity surveyors
\n\tReview and validate project costs for viability before approval
\n\tApprove invoices and work completion certificates within designated authority
\n\tConduct monthly budget analysis against planned expenditure
\n\tCoordinate development of annual capital expenditure budgets<\/p>\n
Regulatory Compliance<\/p>\n
\tMaintain comprehensive database of regulatory licenses, permits, site layouts, and project reports
\n\tEnsure all active projects maintain compliance with applicable permits and licenses
\n\tCoordinate internal and external engineering project audits<\/p>\n
People Management<\/p>\n
\tLead, motivate, and coach project team members to deliver outstanding performance
\n\tMonitor individual KPIs and provide regular performance feedback
\n\tDevelop training matrices and ensure implementation according to plan
\n\tEnsure work-life balance within the team and effective leave management
\n\tProvide guidance and mentorship to subordinates and cross-functional team members
\n\tBudget variance reports (Actual Cost vs. Planned Budget)
\n\tProject tracking metrics (Cost, Progress, Timeline adherence)
\n\tNumber of stations successfully upgraded and rebranded

Requirements<\/p>\n
\tEducation:\u00a0Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil Engineering)
\n\tExperience:\u00a0Minimum 6 years in engineering project planning or related supervisory roles
\n\tProject Management:\u00a0Proven track record in managing multi-site infrastructure projects
\n\tValid Driver’s License<\/p>\n
Preferred Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tExperience in the Oil & Gas or Energy sector
\n\tProfessional Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
\n\tKnowledge of petroleum retail operations<\/p>\n
