The Multimedia Content Producer will be responsible for capturing and producing high-quality photography and video content that brings our developments to life across social media, digital platforms, brochures, presentations, media features, and project documentaries.<\/p>\n
This role is critical in strengthening our visual storytelling, improving social media performance, and helping prospective clients experience the value of our properties before they visit.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Content Capture (Photo & Video)<\/p>\n
\tCapture high-quality photography and video of residential, commercial, and industrial developments.
\n\tProject milestones and construction progress
\n\tLifestyle and community scenes within Tatu City
\n\tLaunch events, site visits, stakeholder engagements, and corporate events
\n\tMedia visits and leadership interviews
\n\tPortrait photography
\n\tConduct on-location shoots across Tatu City and sister projects.
\n\tCapture interviews, testimonials, and documentary-style content.
\n\tPrepare and shoot B-roll and visual storytelling footage.<\/p>\n
Editing & Post-Production<\/p>\n
\tEdit photos and videos for multiple platforms and uses, including:
\n\tSocial media (short-form and reels)
\n\tWebsite and digital campaigns
\n\tBrochures, presentations, and investor materials
\n\tProject documentaries and milestone videos
\n\tProduce content in multiple formats and aspect ratios.
\n\tCreate motion graphics, titles, captions, and visual effects.
\n\tInsert closed captions, branding elements, and on-screen text.
\n\tEnsure all content aligns with brand standards and visual identity.<\/p>\n
Content Planning & Storytelling<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and manage a visual content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and project milestones.
\n\tProactively identify storytelling opportunities across Tatu City and sister projects.
\n\tWork closely with other departments to plan upcoming shoots.
\n\tMaintain an organized content library for easy access and reuse.<\/p>\n
Production & Equipment Management<\/p>\n
\tPlan shoots, including selecting appropriate equipment and locations.
\n\tSet up and dismantle cameras, lighting, microphones, and other production equipment.
\n\tCalibrate, maintain, clean, and troubleshoot equipment.
\n\tEnsure optimal sound, lighting, and composition during shoots.
\n\tPrepare backgrounds, props, and shooting environments where required.<\/p>\n
Collaboration<\/p>\n
\tCollaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop visual concepts.
\n\tSupport media requirements by providing high-quality images and footage.
\n\tWork independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Skills and Experience<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree or diploma in Film Production, Media, Photography, Communications, or a related field.
\n\t5+ years of experience in photography and videography (real estate, lifestyle, corporate, or agency experience is an advantage).
\n\tStrong portfolio demonstrating both video and photography work.
\n\tMust have proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Lightroom\/Photoshop, Final Cut Pro (an added advantage)
\n\tStrong knowledge of camera operation and composition, lighting techniques, sound recording, photography principles, post-production workflow, motion graphics and visual effects
\n\tAbility to produce content for multiple digital formats and platforms.
\n\tStrong visual storytelling ability.
\n\tCreativity with excellent attention to detail.
\n\tAbility to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
\n\tTechnical ability to operate, configure, and troubleshoot production equipment<\/p>\n
