Job Description<\/p>\n
\tThe main objective of the role is to help deepen client relationships and optimize client performance by helping them design and assess their payments strategy and implement initiatives to capture the full potential from enhancing customers engagement. The person will:
\n\tLead consulting initiatives and contribute to closing engagements by identifying potential opportunities with clients.
\n\tEngage in regular strategic & planning discussions, cultivate and manage a pipeline of analytic work.
\n\tDevelop analytical frameworks, approaches, solutions and data-led strategies that address impactful opportunities and challenges.
\n\tPartner with peers in other functional areas and across global regional teams to execute projects in ways that leverage the breadth and depth of Visa\u2019s resources.
\n\tProduce insights, analyses, and recommendations to improve client performance, boost growth, drive understanding of client issues, and provide strategic mentorship for client priorities.
\n\tBuild new scalable solutions, toolkits, standard methodology documents, and consulting approaches that can be applied across VCA practices.
\n\tLead team to provide knowledge sharing, coaching and training as well as across functional teams and or regions in the role as an analytics subject matter expert.
\n\tOversee multiple workstreams + project delivery, meeting objectives and timelines.
\n\tThis is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\t8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 5 years of relevant work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters\/MBA\/JD\/MD).
\n\tPassionate, self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently.
\n\tKnowledge and understanding of banking operations including products & services, business systems and processes, and marketing initiatives.
\n\tExcellent client relationship management skills and ability to develop a credible point of view on a variety of industry topics, acting as a trusted advisor.
\n\tStrong analytical skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor.
\n\tExecutive presence including excellent communication and presentations skills, written and verbal, and ability to communicate at all levels within large organizations.
\n\tDemonstrated leadership, managerial and collaboration capabilities, particularly with those who are not direct reports as may be found in a matrixed organization.
\n\tExperience using financial indicators to measure business performance with a significant focus on impacting return on investment.
\n\tIdeal candidate will have banking and strategy consulting experience.
