You will be required to perform after\u2011sales service for the Industrial Boilers business across East African countries while being based in Kenya. Engage in regular visits to industrial customers to strengthen relationships, enhance customer satisfaction, and build confidence in our service capabilities. Promote and sell service offerings including maintenance solutions, service contracts, and spare parts. Ensure consistent customer support, identify service opportunities, and contribute to long\u2011term business growth through reliable and proactive after\u2011sales engagement.<\/p>\n
\tDirect responsible for Boiler operation quality in area of intervention.
\n\tHandle existing maintenance contracts
\n\tAnswer to customers’ requests for troubleshooting
\n\tSupervision and Commissioning of new Boilers
\n\tElaborate reports from each customer visit, with recommendations for spare parts and retrofits
\n\tClose contact with Boiler experts in Germany<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
Academic and Professional Qualifications:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering is mandatory.<\/p>\n
Professional Experience:<\/p>\n
\tA minimum of 5 years of demonstrated professional experience in boiler maintenance and troubleshooting is required.<\/p>\n
