Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tPrepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
\n\tManage accounts payable and receivable
\n\tPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
\n\tHandle statutory deductions and compliance (PAYE, NSSF, NHIF, VAT, Housing Levy, etc.)
\n\tConduct bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations
\n\tSupport budgeting and forecasting processes
\n\tAssist in audit preparation and liaise with external auditors
\n\tEnsure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
\n\tManage payroll processing and related reporting
\n\tProvide financial analysis and advisory support to management<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Requirements<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
\n\tCPA (K) \u2013 Completed or Finalist (mandatory)
\n\tMinimum 3\u20135 years\u2019 relevant accounting experience
\n\tStrong knowledge of Kenyan tax laws and statutory compliance
\n\tProficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
\n\tHigh level of integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality
\n\tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
\n\tExcellent communication and organizational skills<\/p>\n
Added Advantage<\/p>\n
\tExperience in an outsourcing or consulting environment
\n\tExperience handling multiple client accounts<\/p>\n
