The Sports Club Administrator serves as the central operational and administrative authority within the club.This role is responsible for overseeing booking systems, membership records, revenue accuracy, service coordination, and front-office control to ensure seamless daily operations in a high-expectation environment.<\/p>\n

Key Role & Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Operational Control & Systems Management<\/p>\n
\tMaintain full administrative control over court scheduling systems to ensure 100% booking accuracy and zero scheduling conflicts.
\n\tMonitor peak-hour allocations and optimize court utilization to support revenue maximization.
\n\tOversee daily operational readiness, ensuring all departments are aligned with the day\u2019s schedule.
\n\tMaintain accurate digital and physical records for all bookings, events, and member engagements.<\/p>\n
Membership Administration & Retention Support<\/p>\n
\tManage complete membership lifecycle administration including onboarding documentation, renewals, updates, and status tracking.
\n\tSafeguard confidentiality of member data and sensitive information at all times.
\n\tEnsure seamless onboarding experiences that reinforce the club\u2019s premium positioning.
\n\tTrack member engagement trends and escalate retention risks to management proactively.<\/p>\n
Revenue & Financial Integrity<\/p>\n
\tOversee accurate billing, payment processing, and daily financial reconciliations.
\n\tEnsure complete transparency and accountability in transaction reporting.
\n\tMonitor outstanding payments and support timely follow-ups in a professional manner.
\n\tMaintain financial documentation in compliance with internal controls.<\/p>\n
Service Excellence & Issue Resolution<\/p>\n
\tServe as the first escalation point for member concerns, ensuring swift and diplomatic resolution.
\n\tProtect the club\u2019s brand reputation through professional conflict management.
\n\tMaintain composure and executive communication standards when engaging high-profile clientele.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Cross-Functional Coordination<\/p>\n
\tAct as the communication link between management, coaches, cleaning supervision, and external vendors.
\n\tEnsure internal coordination aligns with member expectations and scheduled activities.
\n\tSupport event coordination and special bookings with structured administrative oversight.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Brand & Environment Oversight<\/p>\n
\tEnsure reception and high-visibility areas consistently reflect elite presentation standards.
\n\tUphold personal grooming, posture, and communication standards aligned with a premium club environment.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Executive Office Administration, or Club Management.
\n\tCompletion of a recognized Executive Administration or Front Office Management course is strongly preferred (e.g., executive-level hospitality admin, concierge management, or private club operations).
\n\t3+ years in luxury hospitality, private clubs, executive services, or high-end sports facilities.
\n\tProven ability to manage high-caliber clientele with discretion, polish, and professionalism.
\n\tStrong financial, systems, and operational management skills.
\n\tExceptional communication, presentation, and emotional intelligence.
\n\tFlexible to work evenings, weekends, and during special events.<\/p>\n
