To proactively remind clients of upcoming subscription renewals for their tracking devices, follow up on outstanding renewal payments, maintain accurate records, and ensure continuity of service while upholding professionalism and excellent customer relations.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tContact clients to remind them of upcoming tracking service renewals.
\n\tFollow up on unpaid renewal invoices via calls, SMS, and email.
\n\tProvide clients with renewal quotations and payment details.
\n\tMaintain accurate records of all client communication and commitments.
\n\tUpdate daily follow-ups and payment confirmations in the system.
\n\tLiaise with the Finance team to confirm payments and reconcile accounts.
\n\tEscalate long-outstanding or unresponsive accounts as per company policy.
\n\tRecommend service suspension where renewal payments remain unpaid.
\n\tPrepare daily and monthly renewal performance reports.
\n\tMaintain professionalism, courtesy, and client confidentiality at all times.<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:<\/p>\n
\tDiploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
\n\tAt least 2 years\u2019 experience in customer follow-up, renewals, credit control, or call center operations.
\n\tExperience in subscription-based services is an added advantage.<\/p>\n
