THE JOB:<\/p>\n
As a Food Technologist, your main role will be to apply your knowledge in pork production, collaborate with production teams, ensure quality control, and contribute to the development of new meat products.<\/p>\n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
\tApply food technology principles to improve pork production processes.
\n\tCollaborate with production teams to ensure quality and efficiency.
\n\tConduct research and development for new meat products.
\n\tEnsure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
\n\tMaintain accurate records and documentation.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n
The job holder should have the following qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tCompleted a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Processing, Food Science or a related field
\n\tAt least 6 months of work\/ internship experience in butchery, slaughtering, or meat production.
\n\tPassport.<\/p>\n
