Key Responsibilities Include:<\/p>\n
\tActing as the primary HR point of contact for client organizations
\n\tBuilding and maintaining strong partnerships with client leadership
\n\tConducting HR audits, compliance reviews, and preparing actionable recommendations
\n\tLeading end-to-end recruitment processes for client roles
\n\tOverseeing onboarding, performance management systems, and employee engagement initiatives
\n\tHandling employee relations matters professionally and in line with labor laws
\n\tSupporting payroll alignment, compensation benchmarking, and statutory remittances<\/p>\n
What We\u2019re Looking For:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in HR or a related field
\n\t2\u20133 years\u2019 experience in HR, preferably with consulting exposure
\n\tStrong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and compliance frameworks
\n\tIHRM membership is mandatory; CHRP qualification is an added advantage
\n\tExceptional communication, advisory, and relationship management skills<\/p>\n
