\n\tIs a productivity geek and will constantly think of ways to improve and speed up their work.
\n\tYou understand the need and ideal to work largely asynchronously.
\n\tWrites and speaks fluent English
\n\tIt’s not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus

Key Responsibilities\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tAct as a true subject matter expert for the country
\n\tManage existing relationships with key stakeholder within Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, Engineers.
\n\tProcess full end to end payroll in-house, statutory filing requirements, exceptions, approvals, payments and compliance.
\n\tEnsure full data integrity and quality
\n\tAccounting\/reconciliations
\n\tFocus on KPIs and SLAs
\n\tImplement and improve processes
\n\tMentor and support payroll specialists
\n\tBack up regional managers during times of absence<\/p>\n
