Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:<\/p>\n
\tDegree in Procurement & Logistics or related field
\n\tMinimum 5 years’ experience as a Store In-Charge (Quarry experience preferred)
\n\tProficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
\n\tStrong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
\n\tGood communication and team supervision capabilities
\n\tHighly organized, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision<\/p>\n
Role & Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tManage end-to-end inventory control including receiving, storage, issuance, and reconciliation of materials and consumables
\n\tMaintain accurate stock records; conduct monthly and annual physical stock audits with full variance accountability
\n\tImplement inventory control systems (FIFO\/LIFO) and maintain optimal re-order levels to prevent shortages or overstocking
\n\tOversee warehouse organization, space utilization, cleanliness, and proper storage conditions
\n\tCoordinate with procurement and accounts to align stock planning and reporting
\n\tSupervise store staff, assign duties, manage schedules, and support training
\n\tMonitor stock security to prevent pilferage, damage, and wastage
\n\tEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and company operational standards
\n\tPrepare inventory, cost, and performance reports to support management decision-making<\/p>\n
