\tContent Development
\n\tSupport the planning and execution of integrated, multi-channel content strategies.
\n\tDraft, edit, and refine high-quality written materials including blog posts, reports, newsletters, press releases, internal communications, press kits, and success stories.
\n\tCollaborate closely with program teams to translate field activities and technical information into compelling visual and written stories.
\n\tEnsure consistency and alignment with organizational brand guidelines across all communication outputs.
\n\tVisual Content Creation
\n\tDesign engaging graphics for digital and print materials, including social media, reports, presentations, brochures, and campaign assets.
\n\tDevelop infographics and visual storytelling materials that simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
\n\tMaintain adherence to brand standards in all visual content produced.
\n\tPhotography and Videography
\n\tCapture high-quality photos and videos during field activities, corporate engagements, and events.
\n\tPlan, film, and edit both short-form and long-form video content for social media, websites, donor communications, and campaigns.
\n\tProduce human-centered stories, testimonials, and impact videos.
\n\tMaintain and organize a digital asset library for photos and videos.
\n\tDigital and Social Media Support
\n\tDevelop platform-specific visual content for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
\n\tSupport execution of digital campaigns through multimedia storytelling.
\n\tMonitor audience engagement and recommend improvements to enhance content performance.
\n\tEvents and Corporate Communications
\n\tProvide photography and videography support during events, launches, workshops, and conferences.
\n\tSupport live content capture and post-event content packaging and dissemination.
\n\tOperations and Project Implementation
\n\tProvide operational support across business functions as required.
\n\tSupport project implementation activities including field visits, trainings, and administrative coordination.<\/p>\n
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Communications, Journalism, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field.
\n\tMinimum of three (3) years\u2019 experience in a communications, multimedia, or related role.
\n\tDemonstrated experience in graphic design, photography, and video production with a strong portfolio.
\n\tExperience managing social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite).
\n\tExperience in preparing professional PowerPoint presentations and donor-facing materials.
\n\tExperience in agricultural development, risk management, or climate resilience is an added advantage.
\n\tProficiency in French is an added advantage.<\/p>\n
