We are looking for a highly skilled\u00a0Quality Analyst Project Coordinator\u00a0to support the development of advanced AI tools for product attribution, classification and other purposes. This project focuses on creating a rich and diverse dataset of written Italian text, annotated and corrected by humans.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tReview and audit labeled datasets for both text and image-based content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to guidelines.
\n\tDocument and share feedback with the individual labelers
\n\tIdentify trends and insights in quality performance, and effectively mitigate quality performance issues.\u00a0
\n\tCommunicate quality trends and insights to the customer. Calibrate with the\u00a0 customer on instructions and edge cases.
\n\tEvaluate responses generated by AI, verifying correctness, clarity, relevance, and alignment with task instructions.
\n\tApply knowledge of the Consumer Packaged Goods domain to accurately classify and\/or describe products.
\n\tCollaborate with cross-functional teams to update labeling workflows and improve quality.
\n\tMonitor performance metrics (e.g., accuracy rates, inter-rater agreement) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
\n\tGenerate responses with intentional but realistic grammar, spelling, and structural errors.
\n\tcalibration sessions to align QA standards across teams and help train new reviewers or analysts.
\n\tAdapt quickly to evolving guidelines, new task types, and AI model updates in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
\n\tEnsure that documentation is up to date.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tEnglish as a second language – minimum C1 English proficiency required.\u00a0
\n\tC2 level of Italian
\n\tAbility to follow linguistic and situational writing prompts.
\n\tExcellent written communication and coordination skills\u00a0
\n\t2 years working experience in a corporate\/ business environment.
\n\tPrior experience in at least one of the following:
\n\tLinguistic QA
\n\tData annotation for NLP\/AI projects
\n\tESL\/EFL teaching, editing, or copyediting
\n\tKeen eye for detail -spotting subtle grammar and structure issues others miss.
\n\tComfortable reviewing and providing feedback on structured data.
\n\tAbility to give actionable and constructive feedback to annotators.
\n\tExperience with creating and tracking timelines, milestones, and status reports is a plus.<\/p>\n
