Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tCarry out preventive and reactive maintenance of electrical lighting and wiring systems and electrical equipment in Java locations assigned, as indicated in the \u201cCore Competencies\u201d section below, to ensure such equipment is functional and safe for use by operators when required.
\n\tCarry out inspections of refrigeration equipment to ascertain if they are functional and safe for use.
\n\tCarry out basic plumbing, masonry and carpentry repairs in Java locations assigned.
\n\tCarry out maintenance-related activities that affect food safety in assigned locations to eliminate food safety hazards.
\n\tRecord activities carried out in required formats for future reference.<\/p>\n

\tDiploma in Refrigeration\/Electrical\/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution of tertiary education.<\/p>\n

\tat least 3 years\u2019 practical experience as a refrigeration maintenance technician<\/p>\n
