Job Summary:<\/p>\n
\tAssist in managing and executing all banquet and event culinary operations, ensuring high-quality food production, consistency, and presentation for events of all sizes.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tAssist in planning and preparing menus for banquets, events, and functions.
\n\tSupervise, train, and schedule kitchen staff during banquets.
\n\tEnsure all food is prepared to the highest quality, standards, and presentation.
\n\tMaintain proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
\n\tMonitor inventory and assist with ordering food supplies for banquet events.
\n\tCollaborate with the Banquet Manager and event team to meet guest requirements.
\n\tAssist in cost control and minimize wastage in banquet operations.
\n\tSupport the Executive Chef in administrative tasks and reporting as needed.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Skills:<\/p>\n
\tCulinary degree or relevant professional experience.
\n\tProven experience in large-scale banquet or event kitchens.
\n\tStrong leadership and team management skills.
\n\tExcellent organizational and time management abilities.
\n\tKnowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen operations.
\n\tAbility to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.<\/p>\n
