We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant with excellent communication skills to support executives at a construction\/services company in the United States. This role is ideal for junior professionals with growth potential, solid administrative skills, and fluency in English.
\nAcademic Requirements<\/p>\n
\tHigh school diploma (required)
\n\tCurrent university studies or professional degree (preferred)<\/p>\n
Experience and Skills<\/p>\n
\t1\u20132 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in administrative roles
\n\tBilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft 365
\n\tProficiency in Canva (a plus)
\n\tExperience with CRM systems (highly desirable)
\n\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills
\n\tStrong writing skills (essential)
\n\tExperience in document management (significant advantage)
\n\tOrganizational skills, attention to detail, proactivity, and ability to prioritize<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tProvide direct administrative support to executives
\n\tManage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
\n\tPrepare documents, reports, and presentations
\n\tControl and organize internal documentation
\n\tCoordinate with internal teams and ensure effective communication between areas
\n\tEnsure efficiency in daily operations<\/p>\n
