Key Responsibilities <\/p>\n
\tMonitor and identify relevant tender opportunities (public and private sector).
\n\tReview tender documents, specifications, and requirements.
\n\tCoordinate with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Technical and Product Experts) to gather required documentation.
\n\tPrepare, compile, and submit tender proposals within strict deadlines.
\n\tMaintain and update tender documentation, pricing schedules, and compliance records.
\n\tTrack tender results and maintain a tender database\/reporting system.
\n\tEnsure all submissions meet company policies and regulatory requirements.
\n\tProvide administrative support to the Sales Team as required.<\/p>\n
Requirements <\/p>\n
\tDiploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
\n\tMinimum 2\u20133 years\u2019 experience in tender administration, sales support, or bid coordination.
\n\tStrong knowledge of tender processes and documentation requirements.
\n\tExcellent organizational and time-management skills.
\n\tHigh attention to detail and accuracy.
\n\tStrong written and verbal communication skills.
\n\tProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Nitro).
\n\tAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.<\/p>\n
