Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tLead and oversee all gym and fitness related operations within the club.
\n\tDevelop and execute revenue growth strategies for gym memberships, personal training, and fitness programs
\n\tDrive membership acquisition, renewals, and overall revenue growth.
\n\tDevelop innovative fitness programs, group classes, and wellness initiatives.
\n\tIdentify opportunities for corporate partnerships and fitness packages.
\n\tRecruit, train, supervise, and mentor gym instructors, personal trainers, and support staff.
\n\tEnsure proper maintenance, servicing, and safety compliance of all gym equipment.
\n\tHandle member inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
\n\tAssist in budgeting, cost control, and financial performance management of the gym department.
\n\tPrepare weekly and monthly operational reports for management.
\n\tSupport the marketing team in club activations, fitness challenges, and community engagement initiatives.<\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s Degree in Sports Science, Business Management or a related field
\n\tProfessional certification in Personal Training, Strength & Conditioning, or Fitness Management is an added advantage.
\n\tMinimum of 4 – 6 years progressive experience in fitness training, including hands-on management of a gym or fitness facility.
\n\tCommercial mindset with solid business acumen.
\n\tAbility to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
\n\tArticulate with a high level of professionalism, energy, and results orientation.<\/p>\n
