We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our HR & Culture team and gain practical exposure in a fast-paced work environment.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tAssist in recruitment processes (shortlisting, interview scheduling, candidate communication)
\n\tSupport onboarding and employee documentation
\n\tMaintain and organize employee files (physical and digital)
\n\tAssist with leave tracking and HR data management
\n\tSupport payroll preparation documentation
\n\tParticipate in employee engagement initiatives
\n\tProvide general administrative support to the HR department<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tRecently completed a Diploma\/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
\n\tBasic understanding of HR principles
\n\tGood communication and interpersonal skills
\n\tHigh level of confidentiality and integrity
\n\tProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
\n\tOrganized, proactive and willing to learn<\/p>\n
