Powerstar Supermarkets is seeking five (5) early-career Branch Accountants to support branch financial operations. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those with limited experience to gain hands-on exposure in retail accounting.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tSupport month-end closing and preparation of financial statements
\n\tAssist in reconciling branch records and maintaining the general ledger
\n\tMonitor accounts payable\/receivable and ensure compliance with policies
\n\tParticipate in budgeting and forecasting processes<\/p>\n
Candidate Qualifications\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tDegree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
\n\tProfessional qualification (CPA 2, ACCA, or equivalent)
\n\tUp to 1 year of experience (preferred but not mandatory)
\n\tExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail<\/p>\n
