Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Project Design & Start-Up<\/p>\n
\tSupport partners to assess and map referral resources (mental health, GBV, etc.).
\n\tIntegrate IPT-G primary and secondary indicators into existing partner M&E systems.
\n\tReview and strengthen project indicators to measure IPT-G impact.
\n\tFacilitate curriculum adaptation workshops to culturally tailor IPT-G materials.
\n\tConduct capacity assessments of facilitator trainees and supervisors.
\n\tDevelop detailed work plans for IPT-G cycles.
\n\tDeliver in-person and\/or virtual training on IPT-G programming management.
\n\tDevelop supervision and follow-up frameworks in collaboration with partners.<\/p>\n
Expected Impact:
\nClear referral pathways, integrated M&E systems, culturally adapted materials, trained facilitators, and structured implementation plans in place before cycle rollout.<\/p>\n
Training & Capacity Building<\/p>\n
\tPrepare and conduct core IPT-G facilitator trainings.
\n\tOrient partner management teams on IPT-G, depression screening, and community sensitization.
\n\tSubmit timely, high-quality training reports (within 14 days of training).<\/p>\n
Expected Impact:
\nPartners equipped with technical skills to independently implement and supervise IPT-G interventions.]<\/p>\n
Community Mental Health Programming (IPT-G Cycle Delivery)<\/p>\n
\tSupport implementation of IPT-G cycles including community mobilization, screening, and weekly sessions.
\n\tProvide weekly coaching, mentoring, and debriefing sessions to facilitators.
\n\tCoordinate self-care sessions for facilitators.
\n\tConduct quality assurance checks and recalibration meetings at the end of each cycle.
\n\tEnsure accurate data collection for reach, outcomes, and impact analysis.
\n\tPrepare and submit cycle reports within 14 days after completion.<\/p>\n
Expected Impact:
\nHigh-quality IPT-G cycles delivered, measurable client outcomes achieved, and continuous improvement embedded in implementation.<\/p>\n
Communication, Learning & Global Collaboration<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate bi-weekly meetings with partners and StrongMinds teams.
\n\tHold weekly supervision meetings with the Global Partnerships Coordinator.
\n\tDocument and share learnings, recommendations, and scaling insights.
\n\tEngage with technical teams across Global, Uganda, and Zambia offices for support.
\n\tPrepare weekly, monthly, and end-of-cycle reports.<\/p>\n
Expected Impact:
\nDocumented lessons learned, strengthened global scaling strategies, and transparent reporting systems.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Community Psychology, Counselling, or related field.
\n\tBackground training and implementation experience in IPT-G is an added advantage.<\/p>\n
Required Experience & Competencies<\/p>\n
\tMinimum\u00a03 years\u2019 experience\u00a0in program management (experience in global collaborations preferred).
\n\tExperience in mental health interventions, training, and mentorship.
\n\tDemonstrated ability to design and implement reporting systems.
\n\tStrong analytical and critical thinking skills.
\n\tExcellent communication and report-writing skills.<\/p>\n
