The Insurance Broker will provide professional insurance services to clients in both commercial and personal lines. The role involves sourcing, advising, and placing insurance business<\/p>\n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
\tMeet business growth and sales targets
\n\tEnsure business closed is retained in the books as per set guidelines
\n\tAdvise clients on appropriate commercial and personal insurance products.
\n\tSource and develop new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
\n\tPrepare and present insurance proposals, renewals, and claims submissions.
\n\tEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirements
\n\tMaintain accurate client records and documentation in line with company and regulatory standards.
\n\tProvide timely support and follow-up on client queries and claims.<\/p>\n
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES<\/p>\n
\t3\u20135 years experience as an insurance broker.
\n\tOwn reliable vehicle and valid drivers license.
\n\tStrong client service, communication, and negotiation skills.
\n\tSelf-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
\n\tTravel may be required to meet clients and attend industry events.
\n\tPerformance measured on sales targets, client satisfaction, and compliance adherence.<\/p>\n
