The Associate – Learning and Development is responsible supporting the business growth through developing skills of the existing employees. The role holder is also responsible for supporting the Manager in executing relevant initiatives as per the required standards.
\nROLE PROFILE<\/p>\n
\tSupport the analysis of training needs for the different business unit based on the performance assessment and help develop a training strategy and calendar
\n\tDevelop reports on service providers corresponding to the company needs
\n\tDevelop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational material
\n\tProactively identify and seek professional development opportunities to improve leadership and technical skills pertaining to the direct line of work
\n\tProvide training and feedback to direct reportees when required
\n\tFollow all relevant operational procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
\n\tProvide inputs when developing an Audit process for the performance of vendors
\n\tEvaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
\n\t0-2 years’ experience in a similar position, experience within retail is preferred
\n\tGood problem solving skills
\n\tHigh attention to details
\n\tHighly organized with strong multitasking skills
\n\tEfficient communicator<\/p>\n
