Qualifications, Skills and Experience<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical\/Electrical Engineering, related field
\n\t2-3 years’ experience in technical, industrial, or B2B sales
\n\tDirect access to decision-makers within industrial sectors is highly preferred
\n\tExperience selling compressors, HVAC\/R, pumps, or engineering equipment is an advantage
\n\tStrong negotiation, presentation, and commercial skills
\n\tAbility to explain technical products to non-technical stakeholders
\n\tProficient in MS Office and CRM systems
\n\tSelf-driven, ethical, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role
\n\tWillingness to travel across Kenya<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and manage a sales pipeline across cold chain, food processing, beverage, pharma, agro-export, healthcare, and infrastructure sectors
\n\tGenerate leads, conduct field visits, deliver technical presentations,
\n\tand convert prospects into long-term clients
\n\tPrepare quotations, proposals, and contracts aligned to customer requirements
\n\tDrive monthly and quarterly sales targets, including revenue growth within existing accounts
\n\tEnsure timely payment collection after installations and project completion
\n\tBuild strong relationships with industrial clients, consultants, contractors, and decision-makers
\n\tMaintain accurate CRM records and submit periodic sales performance reports
\n\tCoordinate with technical\/service teams to ensure smooth project execution + customer satisfaction<\/p>\n
Compensation & Benefits<\/p>\n
\tBase Salary: Competitive (Based on Qualifications\/Experience)
\n\tCommission: 1%-3% based on product\/project margins
\n\tPerformance bonuses for target achievement and new accounts
