Drive aggressive but sustainable revenue targets across projects and product lines.<br \/>\n\tOversee the full sales pipeline from lead generation to project closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent deal conversion. Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions where necessary.<br \/>\n\tLead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and departmental targets. Establish performance KPIs, conduct regular reviews, and foster a high-performance culture.<br \/>\n\tIdentify new business opportunities within residential, commercial, and corporate segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers. Strengthen relationships with high-value clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining competitiveness.<br \/>\n\tConduct market research to identify emerging trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitor strategies. Provide strategic insights to support product positioning and expansion initiatives.<br \/>\n\tWork closely with project, production, and design teams to ensure seamless project handovers and client satisfaction. Ensure customer expectations are met in terms of quality, timelines, and cost.<br \/>\n\tPrepare and manage the departmental sales budget to optimize cost efficiency and ROI.
