Professional Experience\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning within large-scale NGO, development, or environmental programs.\u00a0
\n\tDemonstrated experience\u00a0as the senior MEL lead\u00a0across multiple regions or dispersed field operations.\u00a0
\n\tProven experience strengthening or reforming MEL systems, including data quality assurance, documentation standards, and reporting workflows.\u00a0
\n\tExperience collaborating across functions (e.g., Program,\u00a0Training, GIS, IT) to improve data systems and drive implementation improvements.\u00a0
\n\tExperience supervising and developing technical MEL staff.\u00a0
\n\tExperience engaging donors, investors, or auditors on technical data systems and reporting standards.\u00a0
