\tInitiating and facilitating the development and implementation of HR Policies
\n\tInitiating and Developing HR Systems and processes for approval
\n\tMonitoring the effective implementation of HR policies.
\n\tCoordinating the recruitment, selection, induction and placement of staff including
\n\tLiaising with HOD’s to identify vacancies.
\n\tLiaising with the CFO to determine budgets for vacant positions.
\n\tProviding technical support in the selection process through interviews.
\n\tConducting placement and Monitor induction of all new staff their probation, confirmation, end of contracts to ensure timely confirmation or extension and contract renewals.
\n\tOversee the management, safety and timely update of staff files and records.
\n\tPayroll Management
\n\tEnsuring that individual staff pay structures are in conformity with their terms of service.
\n\tManaging the payroll inputs.
\n\tProviding HR technical support to the Line Managers in the management of the Human Resource
\n\tPerformance monitoring and evaluation.
\n\tSubmissions for confirmation or renewal of contracts or promotion.
\n\tHandling disciplinary procedures.
\n\tProviding technical support to the Staff Committees, Unions etc.
\n\tCounselling and arbitration among staff.
\n\tPrepare JD’s in liaison with the HoD’s and update departmental organograms as the changes occur.
\n\tOverseeing staff welfare
\n\t\u00a0Liaising with staff representatives to identify welfare concerns.
\n\tLiaising with Line Managers to determine welfare issues that can be addressed.
\n\tEmployee Relations
\n\tTo offer HR support and advice to managers and staff to ensure the improvement of both employee engagement and performance levels.
\n\tProvide guidance and support when dealing with poor performance.
\n\tAbility to interact proactively with management and staff at all levels of the organization in the resolution of HR issues
\n\tParticipation in all disciplinary and grievance processes.
\n\tContribute to the implementation and monitoring of policies and procedures based on relevant legislation and contemporary HR management practices that provide an effective, consistent and timely delivery of HR services to support organizational needs.
\n\tOversee employee engagement, termination, promotions, leave administration processes with accuracy and efficiency
\n\tOversee staff training and development
\n\tSpearheading the Training Needs Assessment
\n\tDraft Training budget and have it approved and ensure all planned training programs are implemented.
\n\tConduct training evaluations
\n\tTalent Management
\n\tHigh Potential management and leadership development.
\n\tManage the Graduate Management Program.
\n\tDeveloping, managing, and monitoring coaching\/training programs
\n\tBuilding and proactively managing talent pipelines.
\n\tPlanning and implementing annual learning calendar

Profile<\/p>\n
\tMaster’s degree in HR Management
\n\tHigher Diploma in HR management\/CHRP
\n\tKnowledge of Kenyan Labor Laws.
\n\tMember of IHRM
\n\tMinimum 5 years’ experience as a HR partner, working in international commercial, matrix, fastpaced and complex organizations
\n\tstrategic mindset with a demonstrated ability to interpret business goals into robust people strategies.
\n\tA commercial focus with demonstrated ability to identify and deliver commercial outcomes<\/p>\n
