The IT & Digital Transformation Officer is responsible for the end-to-end management of the company\u2019s IT environment, ensuring system stability, data security, infrastructure reliability and digital integration and transformation across all departments.<\/p>\n
The role safeguards business continuity by maintaining secure, efficient and scalable technology systems while supporting ERP implementation, enforcing IT governance standards and driving structured digital improvements aligned with organizational growth.<\/p>\n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
IT Operations & Systems Management<\/p>\n
\tOversee daily IT operations across all departments (Business Growth, Operations, Finance, HR and Executive Office).
\n\tEnsure full functionality, uptime and reliability of business systems and digital tools.
\n\tProvide timely resolution of hardware, software, network and system issues within defined SLAs.
\n\tImplement preventive maintenance and proactive system monitoring.
\n\tEstablish and enforce structured IT service standards and response procedures.
\n\tIdentify and mitigate IT operational risks.
\n\tConduct a comprehensive IT environment audit within the first 90 days and present a structured IT risk and improvement report to management.
\n\tDevelop a 12\u201324 month IT roadmap aligned to business growth and digital transformation priorities.<\/p>\n
Data Security & Cybersecurity Governance<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and enforce IT security policies and access control frameworks.
\n\tManage firewall, antivirus, endpoint protection and threat monitoring systems.
\n\tConduct regular patch management, system updates and vulnerability mitigation.
\n\tOversee structured data backup protocols and periodic disaster recovery testing.
\n\tSafeguard company systems against unauthorized access, cyber threats and data breaches.
\n\tDevelop, document and test a formal Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) annually.
\n\tDevelop a Business Continuity framework for system outage or cyber-attack scenarios.
\n\tMaintain an IT Risk Register and conduct quarterly risk assessments.
\n\tConduct annual cybersecurity awareness training for all staff.
\n\tImplement multi-factor authentication (MFA) and structured password management controls.<\/p>\n
ERP Implementation & Systems Coordination<\/p>\n
\tSpearhead ERP implementation across all departments, with support of service providers.
\n\tAssist in system configuration, data migration, validation and user readiness.
\n\tProvide first-line technical support and training during rollout and stabilization phases.
\n\tMonitor ERP performance and escalate structural system risks.
\n\tEnsure proper segregation of duties and access control within ERP and financial systems.
\n\tSpearhead post-implementation system optimization,training and continuous improvement initiatives.<\/p>\n
Digital Integration & Continuous Improvement<\/p>\n
\tSpearhead infrastructure upgrades and technology enhancement initiatives.
\n\tEvaluate and integrate new digital tools aligned with business strategy.
\n\tLead automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and improve turnaround time.
\n\tEnsure compatibility and seamless integration between ERP and other business systems.
\n\tSupport digital reporting dashboards for improved management visibility.<\/p>\n
IT Governance, Compliance & Asset Management<\/p>\n
\tMaintain a comprehensive IT asset register (hardware and software).
\n\tTrack licensing compliance and renewal schedules.
\n\tDevelop and document IT policies, SOPs and operational guidelines.
\n\tPrepare periodic IT performance, risk and governance reports for management.
\n\tEnsure alignment of IT controls with internal audit and compliance standards.
\n\tConduct quarterly user access rights audits across all systems.
\n\tEnforce immediate system access revocation upon employee exit in coordination with HR.
\n\tMonitor IT budget utilization and recommend cost optimization measures.<\/p>\n
Coordinate Maintenance of Company Servers (on-premise and\/or cloud-based).<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate management of LAN\/WAN\/Wi-Fi infrastructure to ensure secure and uninterrupted connectivity.
\n\tMonitor server performance, storage utilization and overall system health.
\n\tCoordinate implementation of access controls, user permissions and infrastructure security safeguards.
\n\tSupport high availability, scalability and performance optimization of IT systems.
\n\tCoordinate management and maintenance of all company hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, routers, switches, CCTV).<\/p>\n
Vendor & Service Provider Management<\/p>\n
\tLiaise with ISPs, IT vendors and external service providers.
\n\tMonitor vendor performance against SLAs.
\n\tNegotiate service contracts, manage renewals or changes.
\n\tOversee outsourced IT projects to ensure delivery aligned with business objectives.
\n\tEvaluate vendor risk exposure and service continuity capability.<\/p>\n

\u00a0REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s Degree in Information Technology.
\n\t5 \u201310 years\u2019 experience in IT systems administration or infrastructure management.
\n\tProven experience supporting ERP systems implementation (preferred).
\n\tStrong knowledge of server management, networking, cybersecurity and system integration.
\n\tAbility to operate independently within a structured business environment.
\n\tStrong analytical, documentation, risk management and reporting capability.
\n\tProfessional certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, ITIL) will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
