The ideal candidate will be an aggressive hunter with a proven ability to identify new sales opportunities, build strong client relationships, and close deals effectively.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>\tActively identify, target, and pursue new sales opportunities in the plastic and paper packaging sector.<br \/>\n\tConduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.<br \/>\n\tDevelop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.<br \/>\n\tPresent and sell plastic and paper packaging solutions to prospective and existing customers.<br \/>\n\tPrepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.<br \/>\n\tNegotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.<br \/>\n\tBuild and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understand their needs and provide ongoing support including addressing needs and concerns effectively.<br \/>\n\tMaintain regular communication with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with the sales manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies.<\/p>\n<p>\tContribute to marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive brand awareness.<br \/>\n\tConduct a thorough analysis of the current sales process to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks and resolve them.<br \/>\n\tDevelop and implement innovative sales methodologies as well as establishing standardized procedures to ensure consistency and effectiveness.<br \/>\n\tCollaboration with production and other cross-functional teams to develop accurate sales forecasts.<br \/>\n\tRegularly engaging in collaborative sessions to align sales projections with production capabilities.<br \/>\n\tMonitoring sales performance against forecasted targets proactively adjusting the status based on real-time data.<br \/>\n\tWork closely with senior management to refine and evolve sales strategies, pricing models, and go-to-market plans. Provide strategic input based on market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback.<br \/>\n\tConduct in-depth assessments of market trends, identifying opportunities for growth and related risk factors.<br \/>\n\tUtilize sales technologies and tools to enhance the sales process.<br \/>\n\tCreate and share regular sales reports and dashboards to senior management and the sales team.<br \/>\n\tCommunicate sales performance and provide insights into potential areas for improvement.<\/p>\n<p>Skills and Qualifications:<\/p>\n<p>\tProven experience in sales, preferably in the plastic and paper packaging industry or a related field.<br \/>\n\tDiploma\/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field<br \/>\n\tExcellent organizational and multitasking abilities<br \/>\n\tStrong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.<br \/>\n\tExcellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.<br \/>\n\tAbility to work independently with a proactive and aggressive approach to sales.<br \/>\n\tExceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence decision-making.<br \/>\n\tProficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
