Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tEstablish and maintain the highest standards of etiquette and service in all guest and staff interactions.
\n\tExecute Spa & Wellness objectives across operations, finance, people management & marketing.
\n\tDirect and lead the day to day Spa operation ensuring all standards are followed.
\n\tTrain, and manage a team of dedicated spa professionals, fostering accountability and alignment with business goals.
\n\tMonitor daily activities, address issues promptly, and continuously strive for excellence.
\n\tStay updated on spa services, pricing, schedules, specials, and competitor offerings
\n\tLead by example, demonstrating proper etiquette and professionalism at all times.
\n\tCommunicate housekeeping and maintenance needs, ensuring prompt action.
\n\tSupport team members in all aspects of the business operation.
\n\tEnsure team members are familiar with all areas of the Spa & Wellness operation, including product knowledge and retail sales.
\n\tAssist in the recruitment, development and training of all Spa & Wellness team members.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
The Successful candidate will have:<\/p>\n
\t4 years+ managing a luxury hotel spa\u00a0
\n\tFlexibility\u00a0\u2013 this is a full-time role, flexibility and shift work is required.
\n\tA real understanding of hotel operation.
\n\tAbility to work on own initiative.
\n\tExcellent communication skills with excellent spoken & written English.
\n\tOutgoing, bubbly and confidence in dealing with a range of customers.
\n\tPrevious experience in a similar role in a 4\/5 star.
\n\tA structured and organized approach to work planning.<\/p>\n
