Overview
\nThe goal of this consultancy is to work closely with functional leaders and Senior Management to identify the most critical and resource-intensive workflows and make them more efficient by leveraging AI.<\/p>\n
\tCollaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to map workflows end-to-end
\n\tJointly define metrics to evaluate productivity for each workflow, with SMT input\u00a0
\n\tIdentify inefficiencies and opportunities for AI-supported optimisation or automation
\n\tDesign and support the roll-out of pilots for new AI-powered workflows
\n\tLead company-wide implementation, including project planning, training, documentation & standardization across markets etc.<\/p>\n

\tDetailed outline of the consultant’s approach to conducting the process review and automation assessment.
\n\tDescription of the tools, techniques, and frameworks that will be utilised during the engagement.<\/p>\n
Team Composition:<\/p>\n
\tProfiles of key team members who will be involved in the project, emphasising their qualifications and previous relevant experience.<\/p>\n
Project Timeline:<\/p>\n
\tProposed timeline with key milestones and deliverables.
\n\tThe estimated effort required for each phase of the project.<\/p>\n
Budget:<\/p>\n
\tA financial proposal detailing the cost structure, including fees and any additional expenses.<\/p>\n
