AMI is looking for an ambitious and talented Junior Content Associate to support in the project management, creation, and management of digital learning assets. This is an ideal opportunity for a driven, organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented professional with project-management skills, and an interest in digital media and learning.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Project Management: Map and plan individual tasks as well as supporting with the organisation and prioritisation of the Content team\u2019s priorities;<\/p>\n
\tUse\u00a0Monday.com\u00a0to plan individual tasks
\n\tCollaborate with Content and Learning team members to prioritise tasks<\/p>\n
Asset creation: Use various tools and software to develop internal and programmatic resources<\/p>\n
\tUse Adobe Illustrator and Acrobat to create tools and infographics for learning material
\n\tDesign slides and other resources for internal and external usage
\n\tCreate illustrative graphics using Adobe Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop, and Canva
\n\tDevelop motion graphics using Adobe After Effects\u00a0
\n\tUse Premiere Pro for video and audio editing<\/p>\n
Asset Management:<\/p>\n
\tSupport with cataloging, storing and tagging assets.
\n\tUpload digital assets to the AMI Learn platform.
\n\tTag and catalogue created and translated assets to enable team members to easily find and reuse them.<\/p>\n
Supporting the Learning team;<\/p>\n
\tParticipating in team activities to support the achievement of Learning team goals
\n\tAssisting members of the Learning team with one-on-one engagement as needed.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tBasic experience in instructional design, digital media design,\u00a0
\n\tAbility to engage with digital media and instructional design principles
\n\tStrong digital fluency, comfortable using Google Workspace, project management tools (e.g., Monday.com), and remote collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
\n\tStrong written and visual communication skills
\n\tExcellent attention to detail.\u00a0
\n\tSelf-management skills including the ability to work within deadlines and communicate proactively
\n\tData-literate, able to interpret learning data and adjust design strategies<\/p>\n
