ROLE PURPOSE\u00a0<\/p>\n
The Real Estate Advisor \u2013 Zuri Springs focuses on identifying new sales leads, managing site visits and driving the sales of residential developments within Zuri Springs at Tatu City. The role includes participating in fairs, exhibitions and presentations to promote residential offerings. It also requires supporting the Head of Sales and Deputy Head of Sales in executing strategies and action plans that strengthen sales performance for the Zuri Springs residential portfolio.<\/p>\n
The position is suited to a commercially minded professional with strong sales ability, excellent customer engagement skills and an active interest in real estate within both local and international markets.<\/p>\n
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tLiaising with buyers and providing them with details of all Zuri Springs products including price, size and location.
\n\tProspecting, originating and closing sales at Zuri Springs.
\n\tBuilding a strong understanding of the property market both locally and internationally and providing clients with relevant information to influence purchase decisions.
\n\tAssisting the Head of Sales and Deputy Head of Sales in planning and coordinating open days or other initiatives to develop new leads and increase sales.
\n\tDeveloping well-established links with agencies and brokerage firms to support the sales process and drive performance.
\n\tPerforming administrative duties and attending seminars or trade show exhibitions to gather market information and generate leads.
\n\tAssisting the Head of Sales and Deputy Head of Sales in hosting client presentations to expand the Zuri Springs client database.
\n\tDeveloping and maintaining relationships with clients while understanding their property needs.
\n\tCollating market data and intelligence on all Rendeavour key markets in Kenya and providing quarterly reports on trends.
\n\tPerforming all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Sales or Deputy Head of Sales.
\n\tUsing the CRM system to record all sales activities.<\/p>\n
Requirements
\nQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
\tA Bachelor\u2019s Degree or equivalent in Sales, Marketing or Business Studies from a recognized institution is an advantage.
\n\tA wide and productive network in Kenyan business circles.
\n\tOver two years\u2019 experience in sales and marketing of real estate products.<\/p>\n
