The temporary data clerk is being hired to complete populating additional\u00a0 community health information into the newly developed web-based system. This\u00a0includes populating CHA\/C\/SCCHSFPs database, entering eCHIS devices\u00a0 information, assigning devices to users, updating reported incidents, updating trainings undertaken by users in the last 2 years, all of which are in Excel\u00a0spreadsheets, into the web application.<\/p>\n
Brief TORs:<\/p>\n
\tThe temporary data clerk will populate the web-based system with existing data as\u00a0follows:
\n\tEnter details of 90 CHPS, 86 CHAs & 10 C\/SC managers into the system\u00a0 and assign them to respective organizations.
\n\tEnter the CHP\/CHA training information into the new system to reflect\u00a0 training completed in the last 2 years.
\n\tUpdate eCHIS devices details and assign the devices (smartphones and\u00a0 tablets) to users.
\n\tUpdate all devices incidents reported.<\/p>\n
Profile of the skills and\u00a0credentials required for the work:<\/p>\n
\tA Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science\/IT or other related field.
\n\tA minimum of 1 years\u2019 experience providing data entry and data\u00a0management technical support to health projects and health facility\u00a0 staff.
\n\tGood computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite -MS\u00a0 Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access and Excel.
\n\tExperience working in Nyamira county is desirable.
