This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Officer based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Operations Officer will be responsible for overseeing daily operational processes, ensuring efficient services, and managing resources to optimize workflows. Key tasks include monitoring and analyzing operational performance, implementing process improvements, collaborating with teams to streamline operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards. Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tStrong Operations Management and Analytical Skills to oversee and improve operational processes
\n\tExcellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to collaborate effectively with team members and various stakeholders
\n\tSolid understanding of Finance and financial processes within a banking or microfinance context
\n\tAbility to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver results under deadlines
\n\tPrior experience in financial services or operations management is an advantage
\n\tBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
\n\tFamiliarity with Central Bank regulations and compliance standards is a plus<\/p>\n
