Roles & Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tOperations-Setting up Distributors on the core banking systems
\n\tVerification of KUZA Contracts with Partner and Distributors
\n\tHandling reconciliations issues from KUZA and Distributors
\n\tPetty cash management and loan reconciliation activities in accordance with company policy and procedures
\n\tUploading of data shared by the Business development team to the core banking systems
\n\tAssist in Loan approvals, affordability changes, waivers and admin issues via Fresh desk
\n\tPreparing and tracking attendance
\n\tAllocation & tracking of company assets
\n\tPreparation of reports (Daily, Weekly & Monthly)
\n\tProviding administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.
\n\tTroubleshoot issues related to the KUZA systems
\n\tAdministration and Logistics: Ensuring that all teams are well equipped with necessary tools of trade
\n\tKit out, repair and maintenance for all KUZA units
\n\tIn charge of Dispatch of Collaterals to KUZA team in the field
\n\tLiaising with the courier to deliver supplies where they are needed
\n\tIn charge of updating of Operations drive and files
\n\tIn charge of unit licensing and renewals for both premises and signage.
\n\tOrganizing company events.<\/p>\n
Required Skills for Kuza Operations Admin<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
\n\tFinance Services background is mandatory
\n\tDegree from a recognized University
\n\tTech Savvy
\n\tSelf-starter, problem solver and able to work under minimal supervision
\n\tIntegrity
\n\tStrong process and results focus
\n\tHigh communications & presentation skills
\n\tAbility to handle confidential information
\n\tOrganizational skills with attention to detail
\n\tExcellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
\n\tAttention to detail and problem-solving skills
\n\tA Strong service ethos is essential
