Primary Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Client Acquisition & Opportunity Management<\/p>\n
\tIdentify potential clients and track market opportunities in the firm\u2019s focus sectors.
\n\tSupport the creation and execution of strategies to promote key service offerings.
\n\tCollaborate with Partners and Managers to design client engagement plans.
\n\tPrepare and manage proposals, bids, and Expressions of Interest (EOIs).<\/p>\n
Market Research & Insights<\/p>\n
\tConduct analysis of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity.
\n\tMaintain the opportunity pipeline and assist in generating business development reports.
\n\tReview RFPs and support the preparation of bid responses.<\/p>\n
Client Relationship Support<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate client meetings, follow-ups, and engagement touchpoints.
\n\tAssist in gathering and analyzing client feedback through surveys and post-engagement evaluations.
\n\tEnsure client and prospect records are current and accurate within the CRM system.<\/p>\n
Campaigns, Events & Branding<\/p>\n
\tSupport the planning and execution of seminars, webinars, and networking events for clients.
\n\tHelp distribute thought leadership content and newsletters.
\n\tEnsure consistency of brand messaging across all client-facing materials.
\n\tPrepare and maintain marketing collateral, including company profiles, proposal templates, and capability statements.<\/p>\n
Internal Collaboration & Reporting<\/p>\n
\tWork with internal teams to ensure seamless client service delivery.
\n\tTrack business development initiatives and assist with reporting on pipelines and performance.
\n\tProvide administrative support in the implementation of the business development plan.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
\n\tMinimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in business development, marketing, or client-facing roles.
\n\tExperience within a professional services environment is desirable.
\n\tRelevant professional certifications (e.g., CIM, CPA) are an advantage.<\/p>\n
