We are seeking a motivated & enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales by engaging with potential & existing customers over the phone. You will be responsible for effectively communicating our product offerings, addressing customer inquiries, & managing relationships to close sales & ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, & the ability to resolve customer concerns professionally.<\/p>\n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
\tInitiate outbound calls to existing & potential customers to generate sales.
\n\tProvide clear & accurate information about our products & services to potential customers.
\n\tAsk probing questions to understand & customer needs & tailor sales pitches accordingly.
\n\tAccurately enter & update customer data into the Tally ERP system.
\n\tProcess customer orders promptly & accurately.
\n\tAddress customer grievances & ensure a positive experience to uphold the company\u2019s reputation.
\n\tMeet or exceed sales targets through proactive efforts & upselling techniques.
\n\tMaintain detailed records of calls, sales, & customer interactions.
\n\tActively contribute to achieving long-term sales goals & customer loyalty.<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of a Degree in a business-related field.
\n\tProven experience as a Telesales Representative or similar role in sales.
\n\tDemonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets over the phone.
\n\tStrong proficiency with Tally ERP or similar ERP & CRM softwares.
\n\tQuick to learn new product information & effectively communicate features & benefits.
\n\tExceptional verbal communication & interpersonal skills.
\n\tAbility to stay calm, composed, & professional, even when handling rejection or difficult customers.
\n\tStrong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n
