The Operator Level 1 is responsible for executing 2D and 3D LiDAR annotation and segmentation tasks in accordance with defined SOPs, quality benchmarks, and productivity targets. This role requires technical precision, spatial awareness, and disciplined execution in high-volume production environments.<\/p>\n

\tProduction & Quality Execution
\n\tExecute repetitive 2D\/3D LiDAR annotation and segmentation tasks in strict adherence to SOPs
\n\tMaintain classification accuracy across object types and categories
\n\tMeet or exceed defined benchmarks for:
\n\tProductivity
\n\tQuality
\n\tAccuracy
\n\tSustain consistency in output with minimal supervision
\n\tIssue Identification & Continuous Improvement
\n\tIdentify recurring annotation errors or tool-related issues
\n\tEscalate quality risks or inconsistencies in labeling standards
\n\tSuggest improvements to tools, taxonomy, or workflow
\n\tCommunication & Collaboration
\n\tCommunicate effectively with peers, QA teams, and stakeholders in English
\n\tDocument issues clearly and accurately<\/p>\n
