Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Talent Sourcing & Headhunting<\/p>\n
\tProactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, ATS databases, and Boolean search techniques.
\n\tBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
\n\tConduct strategic headhunting for mid-level and specialized roles.<\/p>\n
Screening & Shortlisting<\/p>\n
\tConduct phone interviews and competency-based assessments.
\n\tEvaluate candidates against client briefs and prepare high-quality shortlists.
\n\tDraft professional candidate summaries for client presentation.<\/p>\n
Client & Process Coordination<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate interviews efficiently and follow up consistently.
\n\tMaintain strong communication with candidates to reduce drop-offs.
\n\tSupport delivery of roles within tight turnaround timelines.<\/p>\n
Performance & Reporting<\/p>\n
\tMeet weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
\n\tTrack sourcing metrics, shortlist ratios, and placement outcomes.
\n\tMaintain accurate ATS records and recruitment documentation.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Academic Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\t1\u20132 years\u2019 experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency experience preferred).
\n\tExperience using ATS systems, LinkedIn sourcing, and candidate databases is an advantage.<\/p>\n
