The Sales Officers are responsible for generating and closing property sales to meet the set targets for property site. The role involves engaging potential clients, managing the end-to-end sales process, and reporting daily sales performance to the Team Leader.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tDay to day management of site office
\n\tReceive and attend to all visitors to the site office
\n\tShow case and assist customers during site inspection
\n\tAssist customers select units
\n\tMaintain site records
\n\tProactively generate leads through project marketing, cold calling, referrals, media, and lead generation platforms, ensuring all activities are recorded in the system.
\n\tManage the full sales journey from lead prospecting to closing, with all interactions documented in the CRM.
\n\tConduct regular market research to benchmark property prices and share insights with the supervisor.
\n\tPrepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using the CRM.
\n\tBuild lasting client relationships by offering continuous support, guidance, and relevant property information throughout the customer lifecycle
\n\tRepresent the company at sales events
\n\tCoordinate timely preparation, approval, and follow-up of all client documentation.
\n\tEnsure timely collections and adherence to payment plans
\n\tConduct all sales activities in line with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards, while maintaining a high level of professionalism<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tAt least a Diploma or Bachelor\u2019s degree in any business related field.
\n\tProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and internet tools.
\n\tMinimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in real estate sales or marketing.
\n\tProficient in digital\/ social marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Google etc.)\u00a0
\n\tExcellent communication skills.
\n\tGreat interpersonal skills.
\n\tAbility to multi-task.<\/p>\n
