Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tSchedule and coordinate daily caregiver shifts.
\n\tEnsure full coverage for open or last\u2011minute shifts.
\n\tMaintain consistent communication with caregivers regarding availability.
\n\tHandle a high volume of calls while responding to text messages.
\n\tTake accurate physical and digital notes for each interaction.
\n\tUpdate and manage schedules using Google Sheets.
\n\tMaintain CRM records and personnel files up to date.
\n\tSupport general office duties and uphold BrightStar Care\u2019s values.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 1 year of experience as a Scheduler (Home Health preferred).
\n\tStrong multitasking and phone\u2011handling skills.
\n\tExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
\n\tAdvanced English (speaking, reading, writing).
\n\tProficiency with Google Sheets, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
\n\tAbility to work independently and make quick decisions.
\n\tHigh school diploma or equivalent.
\n\tExperience as a caregiver, CNA, or PCA is a plus.
\n\tFull availability for the scheduled hours (not suitable for students).<\/p>\n
