You will support digital and print marketing execution and help generate qualified leads for the sales team. You will manage paid ads, email campaigns, social media content, website updates, assist with automation tools, coordinate print materials, and support basic design tasks where needed. Success in this role is measured by consistency, performance metrics, and quality execution.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tPaid Advertising: Set up, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook\/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns; track CPL, CTR, and conversions.
\n\tSocial Media Management: Schedule and post content, support creatives, and monitor engagement and performance.
\n\tWebsite & SEO Support: Update website content, assist with basic SEO, and monitor analytics.
\n\tEmail & WhatsApp Marketing: Create, send, and monitor campaigns; support lead nurturing sequences.
\n\tPrint & Branding: Coordinate design and production of flyers, brochures, banners, and posters; ensure brand consistency.
\n\tDesign & Editing Support: Assist with basic creatives, resizing, and simple photo\/video editing.
\n\tReporting: Prepare weekly performance reports, track leads generated, and monitor campaign performance metrics.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\t1\u20133 years experience in digital marketing
\n\tExperience running Meta Ads
\n\tBasic knowledge of Google Ads
\n\tUnderstanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL)
\n\tExperience with email marketing tools
\n\tBasic understanding of SEO
\n\tStrong attention to detail
\n\tDiploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field<\/p>\n
