\tWe are seeking a Sales Executive – Real Estate to join our team in Nairobi County, Kenya. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting property viewings, maintaining strong client relationships, and negotiating sales agreements. In this role, you will also ensure customer satisfaction, uphold company standards, and work toward achieving sales targets.
\n\tYou will collaborate with team members to develop innovative strategies to grow the company’s real estate portfolio while offering top-notch service to clients.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tProven experience in Real Estate Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation
\n\tExceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
\n\tProficiency in Sales Planning, Target Setting, and Market Research
\n\tAbility to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
\n\tProficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications
\n\tKnowledge of the real estate industry and current market trends
\n\tBachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
\n\tSelf-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about real estate sales
\n\tFamiliarity with legal aspects of property transactions is an added advantage<\/p>\n
