As a\u00a0Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and building strong client relationships, ensuring expansion of our medical insurance portfolio. The role supports revenue generation by managing the full sales cycle, strengthening client engagement, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. \u00a0<\/p>\n
Key responsibilities:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tGenerate leads and manage the full sales cycle.
\n\tBuild and maintain a pipeline to meet revenue targets.
\n\tOwn policy renewals and ensure client satisfaction.
\n\tStrengthen relationships and collaborate with internal teams.
\n\tTrack performance and stay updated on market trends.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree and CII\/COP qualification (or working towards it).
\n\t3\u20136 years\u2019 sales experience in insurance\/financial services.
\n\tExperience with corporate and individual clients; IPMI knowledge is an added advantage.
\n\tStrong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
\n\tProficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
\n\tProactive, client-focused, and professional.<\/p>\n
