Cross-Functional Governance & Execution Discipline<\/p>\n
\tEstablish and maintain a centralized functional execution tracker covering OKRs, strategic initiatives, and cross-departmental commitments.
\n\tTranslate Director-level priorities into structured workplans with defined owners, milestones, and success metrics.
\n\tConduct systematic follow-ups with functional leads to monitor progress against commitments. Identify delays, conflicting priorities, or ownership gaps and proactively drive resolution.
\n\tDevelop structured escalation frameworks to address slippages before they impact carbon excellence or distribution performance.
\n\tStandardize reporting cadence across Carbon Excellence and Distribution Support to ensure consistent visibility.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Software Prioritization & Systems Governance<\/p>\n
\tConsolidate feature requests from multiple teams into structured requirement summaries.
\n\tDevelop impact vs effort and risk-based prioritization matrices to support decision-making by the Director.
\n\tPrepare briefing materials and structured data packs for roadmap prioritization meetings.
\n\tTrack approved development items through implementation and monitor delivery timelines.<\/p>\n
Strategic Project Leadership<\/p>\n
\tSupport cross-functional projects from scoping through execution, including:
\n\tStakeholder mapping
\n\tTimeline planning
\n\tRisk identification and mitigation tracking
\n\tCoordinate country-level implementation tracking for governance frameworks and SOP updates.
\n\tMonitor project progress and provide structured status updates to the Director.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Reporting & Performance Visibility<\/p>\n
\tConsolidate data from multiple teams into executive-ready summaries and visual reports.
\n\tSupport preparation of monthly and quarterly performance reports<\/p>\n
\u00a0Director Representation & Executive Interface<\/p>\n
\tRepresent the Director in selected internal operational, governance, and alignment meetings.
\n\tProvide structured summaries of discussions, decisions, risks, and required follow-ups.
\n\tEnsure action items are clearly assigned and tracked to completion.
\n\tPrepare SMT-ready slide decks and executive briefings.
\n\tServe as a first-level filter for operational issues, ensuring only material risks are escalated.
\n\tMaintain oversight of cross-functional communication to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.<\/p>\n
Skills and Experience<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in engineering, Economics, Business, Environmental Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
\n\t4\u20137 years of experience in strategy & operations, or cross-functional program support roles.
\n\tDemonstrated experience supporting initiatives across multiple stakeholders
\n\tStrong analytical capability (Advanced Excel required; experience with BI tools preferred).
\n\tStructured and systems-level thinker.
\n\tStrong analytical and problem-solving capability.
\n\tExecutive presence and confidence.
\n\tAbility to influence senior stakeholders without line authority.
\n\tHigh ownership and execution bias.<\/p>\n
