Revenue Growth<\/p>\n<p>\tIdentify, pursue, and close high value partnerships with fintechs, financial institutions, digital platforms, and enterprise merchants<br \/>\n\tLead commercial negotiations and structure partnership agreements including revenue share, referral, and platform integration models<br \/>\n\tOwn the full deal lifecycle from opportunity identification through negotiation and contract execution<br \/>\n\tBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities aligned with Paykit\u2019s growth strategy<br \/>\n\tDeliver consistent progress against revenue targets and commercial milestones<\/p>\n<p>Strategic Partnerships &amp; Ecosystem Expansion<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelop strategic partnerships across the payments ecosystem including banks, fintech platforms, aggregators, and digital commerce platforms<br \/>\n\tIdentify distribution partnerships that can accelerate merchant acquisition and transaction volume growth<br \/>\n\tRepresent Paykit in ecosystem engagements, industry forums, and strategic partner discussions<br \/>\n\tBuild strong relationships with senior decision makers across the fintech and payments landscape<\/p>\n<p>Commercial Leadership &amp; Team Management<\/p>\n<p>\tLead and manage Paykit\u2019s commercial team consisting of Business Development Managers and Business Development Officers<br \/>\n\tSet commercial targets and performance expectations across the team<br \/>\n\tSupport the team in developing pipeline opportunities and closing deals<br \/>\n\tProvide guidance on enterprise deal structuring and partner negotiations<br \/>\n\tImplement structured pipeline management and forecasting processes<\/p>\n<p>Client Growth &amp; Account Expansion<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelop strong relationships with strategic merchants and enterprise partners<br \/>\n\tIdentify opportunities to expand revenue within existing partnerships<br \/>\n\tServe as the commercial escalation point for key clients and strategic accounts<br \/>\n\tWork closely with product and operations teams to ensure successful partner onboarding and integrations<\/p>\n<p>Market Intelligence &amp; Commercial Reporting<\/p>\n<p>\tMonitor developments across the digital payments ecosystem including competitor activity, regulatory changes, and emerging market opportunities<br \/>\n\tProvide regular reporting on pipeline progress, revenue performance, and commercial KPIs<br \/>\n\tShare market insights with product and leadership teams to inform Paykit\u2019s partnership and product strategy<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<br \/>\nExperience<\/p>\n<p>\tMinimum 6 years experience in fintech, payments, or financial services commercial roles<br \/>\n\tProven track record of closing enterprise partnerships and generating revenue growth<br \/>\n\tExperience negotiating complex commercial agreements and partnership structures<br \/>\n\tExperience working with payment infrastructure such as mobile money, payment gateways, or financial platforms<br \/>\n\tExperience managing business development or sales teams<\/p>\n<p>Preferred Experience<\/p>\n<p>\tDemonstrated experience closing partnerships with fintechs, banks, payment aggregators, or large digital platforms<br \/>\n\tExperience selling API based payment products or financial infrastructure solutions<\/p>\n<p>Skills &amp;
