Scope of Work & Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Functional QA<\/p>\n
\tAnalyze business requirements, BRDs, and user stories.
\n\tCreate detailed test plans, test cases, and structured test scenarios.
\n\tPerform regression, smoke, UAT, and integration testing.
\n\tValidate ERP workflows (roles, permissions, data flows).
\n\tTest UI\/UX across browsers and devices.
\n\tVerify data integrity between Fineract CBS, ERP, and integrations.
\n\tReport, track, and prioritize defects using Jira.
\n\tParticipate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.<\/p>\n
Automation QA<\/p>\n
\tDesign and implement automated test scripts.
\n\tBuild API test automation (REST endpoints).
\n\tAutomate regression test suites and integrate into CI\/CD pipelines.
\n\tMonitor automated test reliability and flakiness.
\n\tCollaborate with DevOps for pipeline integration.
\n\tMaintain and improve automation coverage.<\/p>\n
QA, Security & Compliance<\/p>\n
\tSupport audit readiness through detailed test documentation.
\n\tEnsure security awareness in test design (authentication, data handling).
\n\tValidate compliance with organizational standards.<\/p>\n
Collaboration & Documentation<\/p>\n
\tWork closely with Developers, DevOps, and PMs for sprint delivery.
\n\tMaintain technical and functional documentation for all QA processes.
\n\tParticipate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint retrospectives.<\/p>\n
Deliverables<\/p>\n
\tComprehensive test plans, test cases, and QA reports.
\n\tAutomated test suites integrated into CI\/CD pipelines.
\n\tValidated ERP workflows and Fineract CBS\u2013integration data flows including videos for UAT guidance.
\n\tMonthly QA progress reports highlighting defect trends, automation coverage, and regression cycle time.
\n\tReduced defect leakage and improved production stability.<\/p>\n

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR<\/p>\n
Essential:<\/p>\n
\t5+ years QA experience (manual + automation).
\n\tStrong understanding of SDLC & Agile.
\n\tAPI testing experience (Postman \/ Swagger).
\n\tAutomation tools: Selenium \/ Playwright \/ Cypress; PyTest \/ JUnit \/ TestNG.
\n\tSQL proficiency for data validation.
\n\tGit familiarity is a must.<\/p>\n
