Aquantuo is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Kenya. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and supporting the expansion of Aquantuo\u2019s 3PL, logistics and e-commerce solutions within the Kenyan market.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tCollaborate with the management team to align sales targets and goals with the overall company strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
\n\tConduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities in order to identify opportunities for increasing sales.
\n\tIdentify and generate leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
\n\tFocus on acquiring new clients, particularly in industries such as manufacturing, retail, and e-commerce.
\n\tDeliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of Aquantuo\u2019s services.
\n\tClose deals efficiently to meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
\n\tMaintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and foster customer loyalty.
\n\tHandle client queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
\n\tWork closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery and enhance the client experience.
\n\tMaintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance against targets.
\n\tProvide regular sales reports to management highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
\n\tAssist in identifying and developing strategic partnerships to expand market reach.
\n\tProvide input on improving sales processes and strategies.
\n\tUtilize company tools and resources effectively to achieve sales objectives.
\n\tWork collaboratively with other sales team members to share insights and achieve team targets.
\n\tPerform any other duties assigned by management.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tDiploma\/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Logistics, International Business, or a related field.
\n\tMinimum of 1\u20133 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
\n\tExperience in logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain industries will be an added advantage.
\n\tProven ability to generate leads, close sales, and meet or exceed targets.
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with CRM or sales management systems.
\n\tGood understanding of the Kenyan logistics business environment and market dynamics.<\/p>\n
