The Assistant ERP Support Officer supports the effective use, configuration, and continuous improvement of the organization\u2019s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
\n\tWorking under the supervision of senior ERP support staff, the role focuses on functional system support, business process alignment, configuration management, and coordination between business departments and the ERP technical team.<\/p>\n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
\tFunctional System Support
\n\tProvide day-to-day functional support to ERP users across departments.
\n\tAnalyse and resolve issues related to business processes, configurations, and system usage.
\n\tEscalate technical defects with clearly documented functional analysis.
\n\tERP Configuration
\n\tSupport maintenance of system setups, including approval workflows, coding structures, and configurable parameters.
\n\tEnsure configuration updates are properly documented and tested before release.
\n\tBusiness Process Alignment
\n\tEngage with departments to understand operational requirements and system challenges.
\n\tDocument functional requirements and support their translation into technical solutions.
\n\tContribute to ongoing improvement of ERP-enabled processes.
\n\tTesting & Change Management
\n\tParticipate in user acceptance testing for system enhancements and updates.
\n\tAssist in preparing test scenarios and validating results.
\n\tReporting & Data Governance
\n\tSupport generation and interpretation of ERP reports.
\n\tPromote accurate system usage and adherence to data standards.
\n\tAssist in maintaining data integrity across modules.
\n\tTraining & Documentation
\n\tSupport onboarding and refresher training for ERP users.
\n\tMaintain functional documentation and user guidance materials.<\/p>\n
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tExperience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in a functional capacity.
\n\tPractical exposure to core business processes such as finance, supply chain, or operations.
\n\tExperience supporting ERP users and documenting functional requirements.<\/p>\n
Key Academic Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Procurement & Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.<\/p>\n
